Spaghetti Meatballs
I decided to make spaghetti with meatballs for a change, as opposed to just using regular ground beef. I looked up a quick recipe because, yes, I can’t really cook besides the basic stuff I grew up with.
- 1 lb ground meat
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rubbed sage
- 1 tbsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
The things that are crossed out are things that I didn’t have in the kitchen, but I still think they came out alright. After thoroughly hand-mixing the ingredients, I just fried them in a skillet and added it to the Prego spaghetti sauce. Yum!
