			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While my brother and I were eating and disputing the authenticity of a local restaurant&#8217;s &#8220;home-cooked&#8221; food, we somehow rolled onto the topic of working out, and he was showing me ways I could tone my flabby arms. When we got home, he brought out these stretchy, resistant things (yeah, I&#8217;m horrible with work-out lingo) and taught me different ways I could use it. I&#8217;d share it with y&#8217;all except&#8230;just refer back to the parenthetical phrase.</p>
<p>So, revert your eyes, get off your bum, and start that work-out routine you&#8217;ve been telling yourself to do ever since that one person pinched the roll on your side and giggled.</p>
